Customer service is horrible

They sold me the wrong running boards, told me since they were installed there is no returns or refunds. After multiple attempts to contact my sales man and multiple people telling me they are the wrong steps, still no help. I will never buy from this company and will tell everyone I know to not buy. If they can get some customer service and sales that know what there products are, it would help the customer get what they need, instead of spending a stupid amount of time and money to figure out the issue is not mine.

Tonneau covered was great to deal with. Had best price, fast shipping, and took care of the couple issues I had with the running boards with no problems.
