New model needs improvement

The new model doesn't not match the quality of the previous model. The cover doesn't seem to be built as tough as the previous one. It doesn't hold as much weight and you cannot use your tie downs anymore. I would look at other options for the Gen 3 Toyota Tundra.

BUT its a cover...........

The installation was easy and looks great on the truck. BUT its just a over priced cover. Once I started using it I notices that it was leaking water at the gate and along both sides. I started to look around and noticed that there is a large gap on both sides of the tailgate where the top contacts the gate, so installed a tailgate seal. I've looked at this over and over again and I cant get the sides to stop leaking, the water is dripping from the mounting brackets along both sides. This is one step better then using a screen door to keep the water out.

Backflip tonneau cover

I ordered the backflip f1 hot a 2024 Toyota tundra with the cargo rail. I was amazed at how nicely everything fit together. No holes to drill or bolts to hunt up. The only issue was the hole drilled through the top to fit the rivet heads was not large enough so I had to drill them out but everything else fit perfect. I am really happy with the way it looks and fits. Thanks
