Good product, questionable representative vendor

Rail on passenger side is bent which prohibits the cover to be completely latched. Invoiced by Real Truck. Previously purchased Husky floor mats from authorized vendor. Upon delivery I noticed emblem was missing from front of Drivers side. Notified staff at Real Truck and was advised they are unable to replace the missing piece. In my opinion Real Truck advertises via numerous platforms but has minimal customer service.
