Bolster your truck bed’s security and weather resistance with a premium tonneau cover from RealTruck®, like the TruXedo Sentry CT. The TruXedo Sentry CT is a heavy-duty roll-up tonneau cover inspired by TruXedo’s traditional Sentry—with a couple of notable differences.
Whereas the traditional Sentry features a glossy, leather-grained, industrial-grade vinyl tarp, the Sentry CT substitutes a premium matte-black canvas tarp for superior durability and longevity. This dirt-resistant fabric offers easy cleaning and maintenance. It also extends the CT’s warranty by two years over the standard Sentry. Aside from these minor differences, the Sentry CT is nearly identical, featuring the same aluminum slat construction with a pressure-bonded fabric tarp, X15 15-degree side rails, and exceptional theft, impact, and weather resistance.
Aesthetically, the Sentry CT is tough to beat. Unlike most soft roll-up covers, which feature mounting rails that clamp on top of your pickup’s bed rails, the Sentry CT Tonneau Cover utilizes TruXedo’s Xtra-low profile X15 side rails that mount inboard from the factory bed rails. These proprietary side rails feature a 15-degree slope versus a soft tonneau cover’s conventional 30–45-degree angle, positioning the CT nearly flush with the top of the bed for a sleek, ultra-low-profile appearance.
The Sentry CT is far more secure than traditional soft roll-up tonneau covers. Beyond the slash-resistant metal slat construction, this cover features dual slam latches that automatically lock when the cover is closed. With the tailgate locked and the cover secured, cargo locked in the bed is safer than in the cab. Weather resistance is also a strong suit of the Sentry CT, featuring hook-and-loop strips at either bedside and premium front/rear seals to keep water, dirt, and debris where they belong—outside of the bed.
Operating the TruXedo Sentry CT is quick and intuitive. After dropping the tailgate, simply pull the cover’s release cables and roll it toward the bulkhead. Then, use the integrated safety straps to secure the cover in the rolled position, exposing the entire cargo area. Still not enough room? Utilize the cover’s tool-free quick-release system to remove it entirely in seconds.
