Fits like a glove

After researching all covers for my 2024 GMC Denali, I liked the Retrax MX Pro. Received several bids and saw the ad for Tonneaucovered.com and Shaun did not disappoint. Beat all prices and Received within a week. The cover works perfectly and very happy with my choice. Thanks Shaun and TC.com

Outstanding!

After too much research, I decided that the Real Truck RetraxPro XR best fit my needs/ wants for our '22 Tundra. Put things on hold for a bit, until we saw how Toyota was going to rectify the engine recall issue. We already had a generic trifold, but it lacked the "t-slot" rail feature that I felt gave us the additional flexibility that we wanted out of a cover. Contacted Tonneaucovered.com and received a response within hours (if not sooner). Very impressed that the company backed up what they promised in regard to pricing. Equally impressed with the ship time for such a bulky item.

Installation was not a breeze, nor was it difficult. There are several YouTube videos that offer a tremendous amount of help, that support the included instructions (and links to official videos). Driven Companion - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PfsBpVpmcOA - being one of them. Like this video, I installed the cover myself (with help, it may have fell into the "breeze" category). Attention to detail is needed and adjusting the width spacing of the rails is critical. Measure multiple times. The nylon adjustment screws will work great, if you let them. It's emphasized for a reason. When installing, also pay special attention to the rubber seal on the front! It's super-easy to install correctly, if you remember to look at it before tightening things down (unlike me). The likelihood of leaks is much higher if you don't. Finally, there was a small vertical gap between the bulkhead and the bed sides on my Tundra. Maybe an inch long. A definite leak point. I simply installed a small piece of foam to fill the gap. Tape may work just as well, but something is needed. If there was anything I would have done differently, it would have been to purchase and install this cover in the fall. Mid-summer in SE Texas is tough!

A little time will be needed to decide is the Retrax is 4x better (cost-wise) than the generic trifold we had but I certainly wish we had bought this one first. All indications at this point are that it is, indeed, worth it. If covering a truck bed were an Olympic sport, this one would lead in both style and execution!
