I thought this SwingBox would be too small for my needs, but Shaun convinced me to give it a try, "they store a lot!" he said. When I rec'd it and took it out of the box, I knew this would not work for me. I immediately called for a Return Authorization, and TonneauCovered jagged me around for a month, telling me that return shipping was at my cost, plus a 20% restocking fee. I disputed the charge w/ credit card co, and Visa credited my acct right away. 4 weeks later I received the RMA and a shipping label to return the item. Poor Customer Service - no excuse for this!
